Where does MZANSITRADING deliver?
MZANSITRADING delivers within the Federal Republic of Germany and to all member states of the European Union to the order address given by the customer. When paying by credit card or PayPal, MZANSITRADING delivers your order to any address you want – to your workplace, to relatives, friends, or neighbours. Please give your desired address with every order. If no desired address is given, delivery will be made to your order address. Delivery to post office boxes is excluded. The invoice is always sent to the order address. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible.
How does the shipping?
Shipping is directly from our warehouse in Leipzig to Germany and to all member states of the European Union. We send your goods as an insured package. Thus, the products are insured against damage or loss on the way to you (unlike a cheaper standard package). The shipping service provider is usually DHL.
In order to be able to offer you this service, we charge a shipping and service fee of 4.90 EUR for deliveries in Germany and 11.95 EUR for deliveries to all other member states of the European Union – unless otherwise stated. Deliveries from an order value of 70.00 EUR are free of shipping costs.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 25.00 EUR.
How long does the delivery take?
MZANSITRADING needs 3 – 5 working days (ready for shipping after 1 – 2 working days plus delivery by DHL) for delivery within Germany, provided the order is received on working days (Monday – Friday by 2 p.m.). MZANSITRADING will inform you by e-mail about the incoming order as well as about the successful processing of the order. If no one is found during delivery, collection at the nearest post office is possible at any time within the 7-day retention period, as delivery is via DHL.
MZANSITRADING needs 5-10 working days for delivery to other member states of the European Union.
Can ordered items be delivered?
The actual delivery capacity is always indicated next to the product image. This display is updated several times per hour with the current stock. However, if you should ever select an item that is no longer available, an error message will appear when it is added to the shopping cart.
Can sold out items be available again at a later date?
Sold out items are usually reordered in time in South Africa. Whether an item can be reordered depends on our producers. If this is possible, you will find this information next to the product picture on the product page. At the moment we expect 2 – 3 weeks production and delivery time.
In addition, items can be returned by customers. If an item was sold out in a particular color and size, it may be resupplied after we receive the return. It is also possible that an item may become available again at a later date. In this case, the sold out item will be shown as available again. It may be useful to check the MZANSITRADING online store if the desired items are sold out, or to contact us directly.
Order and payment
1. select products, collect them in the shopping cart and correct them.
In our online store you can select products from the assortment offered by us, and collect them via the button “add to shopping cart” without obligation in a virtual shopping cart, which you can view at any time via the button with the shopping cart. You can remove the selected products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the button “X” in an article line. On the product page and the shopping cart page you can also adjust the number of items.
2. input of your data / registration
By clicking on the button “Proceed to checkout” you will get to the input of your data. Here you can choose whether you want to register with us or enter your data as a guest. If you are already registered, you can log in here with your e-mail address and password. Otherwise please enter your address data here.
3. choose payment method
Afterwards you can select the desired payment method. Click here on the button “Continue” and you will get to the order overview.
4. order overview and completion of the order
Here you will find an overview of the items you have placed in the shopping cart and the costs you will incur, delivery address and payment method. Please check if all information is correct. By clicking the button “Order with obligation to pay” you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart at this time and send your order to us.
If you have chosen the payment option “PayPal”, you will now be redirected directly to PayPal and can make the payment there.
5. order confirmation
For your information, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail, which lists your order once again. This e-mail serves exclusively to inform you that we have received your order.
6. conclusion of contract
The presentation of our goods in our online store does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order you make a binding offer to us. When a contract between you and us is concluded depends on the payment method you choose:
If you choose the payment option “PayPal”, a contract between you and us is concluded when you have completed the payment process at PayPal.
If you choose the payment option “Credit Card”, a contract is concluded between you and us when we charge your credit card with the purchase price (plus shipping costs, if applicable) after shipping the goods to you.
If you choose the payment option “direct bank transfer”, a contract between you and us is concluded as soon as the invoice amount is credited to our account.

We offer secure and convenient payment options. Since your data is important to us it will be protected by SSL encryption!
a. Payment with PayPal
After you have sent your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. An existing PayPal account is not required. You can open a new one or register as a guest. Your order will be shipped immediately.
b. Paying with credit card
Visa or Mastercard? No problem! We accept both variants with the 3D-Secure procedure. Please have your card number, expiration date and the 3-digit check digit ready. The total amount will be deducted from your account only when the goods are shipped to you.
c. Payment by bank transfer
Pay the invoice amount to our bank account after your order. As soon as we have received the amount, we will send your order.
8. storage of the contract text
We store the contract text and send you the contract documents by e-mail. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after you have logged in.
9. legal liability for defects
For all products that you can order in our online store, the statutory warranty rights exist, unless otherwise provided in § 3 of our terms and conditions.

The contract languages are German and English.
11. complaints / dispute resolution
